What’s For Dinner is a weekly post that highlights the best & worst recipes I made for dinner over the last week.
Best things I made:
Chicken, Feta & Sundried Tomato Wraps – these were surprising good. It’s not normally something I would make (sounds way too healthy), but since we’re trying to be healthier I thought I’d give it a try. It’s like a salad in a tortilla…I’d make it again.
Dulce de Leche Apple Pie – Did I mention we are trying to eat healthy? Ha. This does have apples in it, so I consider a healthier, healthy-ish dessert. Not really, it was packed full of dulce de leche and brown sugar and lots of calories. But my, oh my, was it delicious. However, I did retain some discipline and I only ate a sliver.
Worst thing I made:
Rosemary Garlic Chicken - boring, bland, probably won’t make it again.
